Every job aspirant for a fast food job has some aim that the interviewer has to discern in order to shortlist the serious contenders for the post. How many suggestions have you given and which ones were implemented? You realize how important this question is. Only those who have a true leaning for the fast food industry will make suggestions. It is rare to find such people who are interested enough to make suggestions for improving the service. Have you been in a position of conflict with your superiors, teachers or friends? It is very rare to get a true answer here. There would have been many instance where the worker found himself or herself in contradiction with their colleagues but having worked for many years, they will pick out one situation that shows them in a flattering light.

Are you familiar with our hotel chain? Dedicated job seekers will have researched and dug up all the information about the company. Those who lack this information are not serious contenders.

Do you think you have growth prospects with our company? Though the most common reason is money, you may find a few who apply because like to keep busy or have a summer project to complete. You can assess the mental orientation of the candidates through this answer.

What reasons are there for us to hire you? The candidate comes through with a grocery list of his or her talents and past experiences at this point. Some of the brighter job applicants will have some new kind of answers too.

How much remuneration do you expect? You have to ask this question and you know that what the candidate says will not influence you in the matter of paying his or her salary. Be prepared here for some hilarious answers too. Again, this should not have any bearing towards the final selection but must be a way to judge the relative experience or inexperience of the candidate.

Have you taken up this job because you have to or do you do it to get some pocket money? People from the low-income group will do it for their family. Those who do it for their pocket money may not have the same degree of commitment. Then there are those who love any work related to food.
