Some of the traits that the personell usually evaluate is the candidates confidence, personality, reliability and ability to work well with others.

Clients with complaints are also often directed to the Pr department. This is because the personell in the department are able to calm the client and assure them that their complaints will be addressed in a comforting way. The department is also in charge of handling the company and its communication with the media, that is the building of the company image.

No emphasis can be enough to explain the value of the public of a company to its progress and the profits it makes. The public which consists of the employees and clients of the company create an image of the company. The more positive the image, the higher the profits the organization should make, but the lower the image the lower the profits the company will make as well.
